Boones Ferry Electric

Boones Ferry Electric just completed two projects for us and in both cases they did an outstanding job! They were the electrical contractor on a Master Bath remodel and then we went to them directly to replace 20 year old track lighting in our game room. Neil was knowledgeable, easy to work with, provided great fixture options, and suggested some reliable subcontractors to finish our game room work. Boones Ferry did a quality job, quickly, and on time. The on site electricians did a good job explaining what they were doing, listing our options and getting our input before doing the work. Brian helped us through our kitchen remodel with a 50 amp circuit install, wiring new outlets and popup outlets on the island. His guys Chris and Zachary were prompt, professional, jovial and great workers. Very flexible when things went wrong with other contractors. I would recommend Boones Ferry Electric for any of your electrical problems.

I had issues installing a back up generator by myself and it turned out that the panel for my 1970’s house was a split bus panel and wouldn’t accept backup power as it was configured and had zero open slots to adjust that. I had Boones Ferry come out to swap to a modern 40 slot panel, add the correct interlock switch, and install a new generator inlet on the back of the house. They showed up at 8am and power was back on by 2:30pm. Took another 30-45 minutes to probably label each breaker and they were cleaned up and gone before 4pm. They did a fantastic job, Chris and his apprentice Danny were awesome. I did three quotes before selecting them with Boones Ferry and another coming in at basically the same price. I went with Boones Ferry based solely on how knowledgeable the estimator was that walked the job and I don’t regret the decision. Will be using them for any other electric work if it comes up.

We had an issue with a GFCI outlet that put our water heater out of commission and needed to be addressed quickly. Boones Ferry Electric was available same day and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. Brian came out and solved the problem quickly and efficiently! He was also very friendly and professional and answered some additional questions I had about future projects we were looking into. We will definitely be using them for all of our electrical needs in the future. Highly recommend!
